Hi I'm Dan!

I was born in the UK, earning my degree in Business Management from The University of North Georgia.

Age 19, I flew to America to live and play NCAA soccer in the Deep South whilst I was studying to get my business degree.

It was fun while it lasted! However, eventually the real world was calling and instead of going pro and carrying on the soccer route I went into the business world and moved into Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Over the course of 2 years, the team and I turned a circa $900,000 business into an $8 million business and rose top line profits by roughly 20% - this was at the cost of my health and my hairline.

After 2 years, I realized it was time for a change. There was more to see in the world and although from the outside life was good, I felt there was more to do and more to achieve.

I left the company and founded The Accountability Academy, a comprehensive community of like minded people who all want to help each other grow, develop and help create a better life in their personal, professional & physical life.

We're here to help you get the best out of yourself by building fundamental habits and keeping you accountable to hitting your goals.

I look forward to working with you and hope to see you in The Academy one day!

Dan!

My mission is to help as many people as possible achieve their goals in sport and fitness, improving their life satisfaction. Through my role as a coach, I get the opportunity to work within my passion seeing individuals achieve what they thought was near impossible, only months ago.

I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of individuals, from leading international performance programs in Europe and Oceania helping international athletes achieve their goals to individuals hitting their dream weight or to run their first 5K.

From my time experiencing different cultures, my philosophy has developed into that of a coaching process enabling people to enjoy their journey and not just the winning (end-result) as you only spend two minutes on the podium, yet a lifetime practising being there.

I believe that this transformational leadership develops a long-term approach, building sustainable habits and personal accountability in contrast to that of a high pressured, short term “win at all costs” strategy.

The enjoyment of the process and the journey creates an environment of constant self-development, facilitating the growth of accomplishing goals and a winning culture.
