Meet The Team
Hi I'm Dan!
I was born in the UK, earning my degree in Business Management from The University of North Georgia.
Age 19, I flew to America to live and play NCAA soccer in the Deep South whilst I was studying to get my business degree.
It was fun while it lasted! However, eventually the real world was calling and instead of going pro and carrying on the soccer route I went into the business world and moved into Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Over the course of 2 years, the team and I turned a circa $900,000 business into an $8 million business and rose top line profits by roughly 20% - this was at the cost of my health and my hairline.
After 2 years, I realized it was time for a change. There was more to see in the world and although from the outside life was good, I felt there was more to do and more to achieve.
I left the company and founded The Accountability Academy, a comprehensive community of like minded people who all want to help each other grow, develop and help create a better life in their personal, professional & physical life.
We're here to help you get the best out of yourself by building fundamental habits and keeping you accountable to hitting your goals.
I look forward to working with you and hope to see you in The Academy one day!
Health & Fitness Specialist
Hi, I'm Rob!
My mission is to help as many people as possible achieve their goals in sport and fitness, improving their life satisfaction. Through my role as a coach, I get the opportunity to work within my passion seeing individuals achieve what they thought was near impossible, only months ago.
I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of individuals, from leading international performance programs in Europe and Oceania helping international athletes achieve their goals to individuals hitting their dream weight or to run their first 5K.
From my time experiencing different cultures, my philosophy has developed into that of a coaching process enabling people to enjoy their journey and not just the winning (end-result) as you only spend two minutes on the podium, yet a lifetime practising being there.
I believe that this transformational leadership develops a long-term approach, building sustainable habits and personal accountability in contrast to that of a high pressured, short term “win at all costs” strategy.
The enjoyment of the process and the journey creates an environment of constant self-development, facilitating the growth of accomplishing goals and a winning culture.

Hi I’m Pippa,
I am a fully accredited psychotherapist and can offer counselling to adults and young people in my private practice based just outside Walsall. I have been counselling since 2008. I trained at Masters level and qualified in 2011.
My background was in the commercial sector, having worked in recruitment for 17 years. I worked full time in recruitment and built my therapy practice up on a part time basis (evenings and weekends), I then decided to go into full time practice in November 2017. I work with individuals on a variety of issues on a short and long term basis.
I have worked substantially for commercial businesses to assist employees with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and bereavement.
I work extensively with disordered eating, eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
My aim is to work alongside Dan and Rob to help you achieve your goals and understand some of the mental blocks, challenges and on a deeper level to explore what maybe driving you or holding you back.
I work in a person-centred way and aim to work with you to get you to your full potential in all aspects of your life. There is no judgement or criticism, only support, encouragement and maybe a positive nudge in a particular direction to try something out and if it doesn’t work we try something else!
